auditions for Carrboro High School's spring musical, CHICAGO, will
be Monday, February 15 and Wednesday, February 17, with callbacks on Friday,
February 19, all times from 4:00 - 7:00 in the Theater. Please
decide if you would like to attend on Monday orWednesday, and complete this audition form.
All students are invited to participate. No experience
required! All students welcome! Casting will be gender and
color-blind.

CHS fundraised last year for the Water Project and the province where the

High School, my name is Stephanie Lopez . February is Black History Month.
Throughout this month, we will honor a new generation of black leaders and
black poets on the announcements. Each day, we will celebrate the legacy of
black Americans through either the reading of a poem or of a brief bio of an
inspirational black figure.
A graduate of NC
Central University, Eva Clayton was born in Savannah Georgia in 1934. In 1992,
she was elected as the Representative for Warren County. Her election
represented the first African American congressperson from North Carolina since
1898. She was a pioneer for North Carolina and symbolized a new era of African
American political power.
