Student Announcements: May 31, 2019

Starting this July, CHS will be offering a Summer Bridge Camp for students enrolled in one or more Advanced Placement (AP) course for the 2019-2020 school year. The purpose of our summer camp is to prepare students for the AP experience so that they can make a successful transition into their AP courses during the academic year. The Summer Bridge Camp is FREE and open to all students registered for specific AP courses. For more information, see this attached letter or contact Mr. Schendt (jschendt@chccs.k12.nc.us). Jaguar Women's Soccer will play Lake Norman Charter in the NCHSAA 2A State Championship on Saturday May 25 at NC State Dail Field. Match time is 5:00pm. Admission is $10.00.

Digital tickets are available for the Women's Soccer State Championships online through Huddle's GoFan platform. They are $10 + a service charge. Do you love animals?  Would you like to help out some furry friends in need?  Girl Scout Troop 41316 is conducting a supply drive for the Alamance County Humane Society and is requesting donations of dog and cat food/supplies.  If you would like to participate, please bring contributions to one of the collection boxes located in the main office or the library by Friday, May 17th.  Contact Paula Murray with any questions.
