Student Announcements: September 13, 2019

Attention students, the 2019 College Fair will be held on September 17th from 6:30 to 8;30 at the North Carolina's Dean Smith Center. There will be over 100 colleges and universities from several states at this event.  Please visit www.gotocollegefairs.com to register.


Would you like to explore new ideas and improve in public speaking? Come to the speech and debate meeting after school Tuesday, September 17 in Room E218 to learn more!

 

Workouts for girl's basketball will start Monday, September 16 4:00-5:30, please meet in the girls locker room. You must be registered on the school athletic website to participate  If you have any questions see Coach Dillard.


Oberlin College, Virginia Tech, George Mason University, Washington and Lee University and Dartmouth College will visit Carrboro High School next week.  Sign up in the CIC to attend these visits.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina wants your school to win twenty-four brand new, Riddell SpeedFlex helmets. The one school in each Division with the highest number of votes on 10/15 will win.  Vote now at panthers.com/fans/WearItLikeAPro!

Our meetings are on the first Wednesday of every month. Everyone is welcome to join, even if you're not a member. To sign up or to get more info, pick up a form outside D122 or contact teachers: Mr. Hite or Mr. Kajencki or students:  Eleanor Clark and Jackson Lee. Hope to see you there!
