Good
morning,
Seniors should be
released at 11:45 this morning for their Senior Class Photo.
After the photo they will receive their senior portraits then go to the
auditorium for graduation information. We are operating on a closed campus
today. Students who have not had their picture taken or need a retake are
expected to come to the gym during their English class but please first check
in with your teacher. This is the last chance for underclassmen to get
pictures taken. Faculty and staff please stop by to have your picture
taken if you have not already done so.

Cross Country Women
won the NCHSAA 2A Mideast championship this past Sat. XC Men came in
second. Fast times for all! Both teams will run in the State
Championship this Sat in Kernersville. Details are TBA.
Soccer playoff
pairings will be released this morning. 1st Round will be on Wed. Nov. 4.
Women's Tennis Dual
Team match vs North Lenior scheduled for today has been re-scheduled for Tuesday
Nov. 3 at 3:30pm.
Volleyball will host
South Granville in the NCHSAA 2A Regional Finals on Tuesday Nov. 3 at 6pm.
Admission is $7. Winner gets a trip to the State Championship on Sat.
This is a re-match of last year. Don't let those pesky South Granville students
get the best seats in the gym.
Final Home Football
game is Friday vs Reidsville. 7:30pm

we are selling CHS Team Jerseys again! You can pick up an order form in the
Main Office. The deadline is November 11th, so be sure to place your order
soon!
Men's basketball
tryouts will go from November 2nd, 2015 to November 4th, 2015. Time is
from 6:15 pm to 8:15 pm. To participate students must have passed at
least 5 class last semester and have at least a GPA of 2.0. If you
transferred in from a school on block schedule you have passed at least 3
classes and have a GPA of at least 2.0 last semester. Students must also have
an up to date sports physical on file and have registered in carrboro
8to18. If you have questions please see Coach Alcox.
Girl's Basketball tryouts! November 2nd, 3rd & 4th
from 4:15 - 6:15 p.m. at Lincoln Gym, Lincoln Center, 750
Merritt Mill Road, Carrboro, NC. Transportation will be provided there
but parents must pick students up from Lincoln Center @ 6:15 p.m. Please
see Coach Dillard-Clanton if you have questions.
The
Eco-Action club will be meeting today, after school in the courtyard. Have fun
with your friends while helping to create our new school garden.
