Student Announcements: April 12, 2019

This is the last day for National Honor Society applications. Submit to Ms. Barkdolloni in TLC1 before 4 pm today.


Looking for a class to add to your course registration?  Take a Theatre, Technical Theatre course, or Honors Global Cinema and Filmmaking.  Sign up for a course when you register, and speak with Ms. Stegall in C114 if you have questions.  There's a place for everyone!


The ASVAB will be given at East Chapel Hill High on April 24 at 9am in the Media Center. Register by April 19 to take the test http://bit.ly/2V9OymY.


Are you interested in running for Student Government for next year? Check out the SGA board in the commons for more details, important dates, and forms to run in the election. Contact Mr Severance or Ojas if you have any questions.


NATIONAL SCHOOL LIBRARY WEEK IS HERE! Appreciate and celebrate the resources, research expertise, and the promotion of literacy in your school library. Make sure to thank your Librarian and our dynamic Library Assistant all week long! Expect contests and prizes all week long! Today, we will wrap up our celebration with Fine Free Friday and our annual Edible Books Competition! Turn in any overdue books and get your fines waived! Bring in your best food creations to represent your favorite book. Voting for the best creations and top prizes will be awarded TODAY during lunch!


Today is the LAST day of the book drive, so make sure to drop any books you have in your English class or respective box in the library. ALL books of any genre or age group are accepted.The class with the most books donated will win RISE donuts for next week!  If there are any questions click HERE for the directions or email us at readchs@gmail.com.


Are you the best of the best? Elevate your school spirit and athleticism by participating in cheerleading. There will be an interest meeting on April 17th in room D121 during lunch.
