Mark your calendars for Wednesday…..Come celebrate Frederick Douglass' 200th  Birthday on Valentine's Day!  Bring your lunch to Mrs. Barry's room in D122 & join us for birthday cake!  We'll also be making cards for the NAACP.

Spring Sports begin tomorrow. Today is the deadline to  register online, submit a physical exam and a concussion form to Coach Ross. After you complete the three requirements, you must pick up a "Ticket To Play" form from Coach Ross in the Commons.  YOU cannot tryout without a Ticket to Play!

It's that time of year again! Valentine's Day is tomorrow, and Unnecessary Measures wants to help you serenade and embarrass your favorite teacher, staff member, or best friend! Buy a singing gram at the table outside of the library at lunch! One is song is $5 and each additional song is $2.

The CTE, Arts, and World Language departments at Carrboro High School are teaming up for an afternoon of fun and learning. On Thursday, February 15th, we will be holding an Electives Fair in the CHS Library commencing at "A Lunch" through 6th period. Remember, this is a Delayed Opening day so it will be held during lunch as well as 4th and 6th periods.  There will be videos, games, presentations, and an overall great atmosphere that everyone will enjoy. It is also the time of year that students are wondering what classes they should take next year. Please contact Betty Wooten, ext. 25044, with any questions.
