Winter Sports begin TODAY, Oct. 29.  To participate or try out, a student must register online, submit a current physical exam to the Athletic Office, pass five subjects from last Spring semester, have a 2.0 GPA from last Spring semester and meet all eligibility requirements of the NCHSAA.



"Do you want to spread the Halloween spirit? Buy Junior Class Council's "Scare-Grams" to have monsters deliver surprises to your friends' classes on Halloween. Purchase Scare-Grams for only $2 during lunch in the commons from October 24th-October 30th!



Donate to the Key Club's food drive to benefit the local SECU family house! Items on their wishlist include grab n' go snacks and and individual servings of fruit. Give donations to a Key Club member or bring them to E220!

As of now, there will not be tryouts. The swim team is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic athletes with some previous swimming experience.
Helpful information:
Swim practice starts on TODAY, Wednesday 10/29.  (10/29-10/31 will be 6:00pm-7:00pm practice) 
  • Head swim coach - Julie Neal, Assistant - Victor Lee, Head diving coach - Candacie Schrader
  • Swim practice - M-F  5:30pm-7:00pm
  • Chapel Hill Community Center pool (120 South Estes Dr.) 
  • 4 practices required per week
  • Athletes responsible for own transportation to practice

Blank Calaveras can be picked up from any Spanish teacher and must be turned in by the 30th of October to a Spanish teacher! (E119, E118, E117)
