Get
a free prom ticket! Prom is in 3 weeks and there are two weeks left to
buy tickets. If you buy a ticket any day this week, you will be entered
into a drawing announced tomorrow afternoon to receive a refund on your
purchased prom ticket. Tickets are on sale during lunch.
Students -- you can officially start signing up for Boro Blowout during lunch! SGA members will be located at a table in front of the library to help register. Sessions are first-come-first-serve so sign up as soon as possible!
The Armed Services Aptitude Test Battery will be given Wednesday, April 12, at Chapel Hill High School. This is a wonderful aptitude test to help identify your academic strengths and there is no commitment to the military. Four critical areas are tested-- Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension and Mathematics Knowledge. Scores from these areas count towards the Armed Forces Qualifying Test (AFQT) score.
Next week is National Library Week so we will be concluding the week with our 7th annual Edible Books Contest. This contest is open to students and staff. To participate, all you have to do is create an edible representation of a book. Bring it by the library in the morning on Thursday, April 13.
