Good morning,

Congratulations to our Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Teams, we won our 8th consecutive men's conference championship on Wednesday and our 4th consecutive women's championships.  Good luck at Regionals next Friday and Saturday.

Carrboro HS will host a Pink Night at Friday's home Basketball game vs Cummings.  Show your support and donate toward Breast Cancer Research! Halfcourt shots at halftime of the varsity games for $1.00.  The Chick-fil-A Cow will make an appearance.


Carrboro HS will host the Mid-State Wrestling Tournament on Sat Jan. 28 starting at 10am.  Admission is $7.00 for all day. Come out and support our Jaguars!


Participate in the T-shirt design contest for Project Graduation and win an awesome PRIZE! All you have to do is submit a tshirt design for Project Graduation 2017 with a "CATS IN THE CAPS" theme today,  January 27th. Entries can be submitted electronically to the email projectgradchccs@gmail.com or on paper to the art teacher or the project grad box in the front office! Good luck!


Join us for the CHS Snowball 2017! The only school dance where ALL grade levels are invited! Enjoy an evening in a winter wonderland as you dance the night away with your friends. SGA will be selling tickets throughout the month of January (starting Monday 1/9) during lunch in the front of the library. Each ticket automatically signs you up for a raffle, and the winner of the raffle prize will be announced at the dance.


CHS is partnering with East and Chapel Hill for the 2017 Dance Marathon! Join us on February 18th, from 6 to 12PM at East Chapel Hill High for an awesome, non-stop night of dancing, food, and activities. Tickets are starting at $25 but will go up every week, so make sure you buy your tickets ASAP! Tickets will be sold in the front of the Library. Complementary food, games, and a Dance Marathon T-shirt are included with the purchase of your ticket

The Freshman Class Council is looking for a talented freshman to design our Class of 2020 t-shirts. If you are interested in creating a design, please email Taylor Gwynne for more information.


All participants in the Peer Buddy program should come to E114 during A lunch today for a club picture. This picture is for the Yearbook so all mentors and mentees of the Peer Buddy program are expected to be present.
