Due to the delay we will have all seven classes on an abbreviated schedule. We will have a closed campus today due to an abbreviated lunch schedule as well. Seniors are not able to use Lunch Leave Passes today. Seniors will resume off-campus privileges on Friday, January 9, 2015.
Spring Sports: Students who are interested in trying out for Spring Sports must register online at the CHS Athletics Webpage. Click Registration.
Sports physicals must be on the NCHSAA form. To participate in off-season or pre-season workouts, a student must have a current physical and register. All physicals need to be submitted to AD Ross.
Come to Snowball on Saturday January 24th! Tickets are $20 for singles and $30 for couples. Tickets will be sold during lunch in front of the library. All grades are welcome!
Project Graduation 2015 T-Shirt Design Contest Theme: Black Light Grad Night (Neon Rave)
All t-shirt design submissions must include:
- Complete design for both front pocket and back of shirt
- Three colors maximum
- Design must include all of the following:
- “Black Light Grad Night”
- “2015”
- “Project Graduation”
- “CHHS, ECHHS, CHS, and PAHS”
- Designs without the information above will be automatically disqualified.
- Design is DUE by 3:00pm on Friday, January 23, 2015.
- Include your full name, school, grade, email, and phone number.
Turn your design in to an art teacher or put it into the box in the office at your school or submit through the PG website: www.projectgraduationchccs.

Survey for CHS Mural
Unity Club would like to conduct a survey with you so we can include your ideas in a mural that will be painted in CHS (location still TBD) in late March. The mural will be painted with the help of Unity Club, as well as students and professional artists from the Dominican Republic. We would like to include as much input from all members of the school as possible into the mural, so please help us in achieving this goal, by taking your time to complete this survey!
