Student Announcements for Friday, Sept. 11

Good morning,


Pre-sale tickets to the home football game will be on sale at lunch today for $5


Teacher Workday Special:  Admission to the home Volleyball match vs Cedar Ridge on Monday Sept. 14 for All students wearing a purple t-shirt will be $2.00! We need our student body support for this important rematch. Our team lost to Cedar Ridge in five sets last time. Come out and support us! We need your loud voice and crazy cheers!


Do you love to sing? Be sure to sign up to audition for Unnecessary Measures! Sign ups are located outside of the Chorus room, Room C111. Auditions are next Tuesday through Friday. Prepare one chorus and one verse of any song.

The World Language Department is organizing a book drive to benefit the group home Buen Pastor in Guanajuato City, México. If you have a book in Spanish that you'd be willing to donate or purchase in order to donate, please drop it off to Ms. Olsen, Ms. Lopez or Ms. Dumaine. They live on the lower E-wing. Anything from pre-K to high school level (fiction and nonfiction accepted). For the niños, y'all! Last day to donate is today Friday, September 11th. 



ALL FRESHMEN - Our next JAG meeting will be A lunch today Friday, September 11. Remember, your JAG meeting is a required meeting and attendance will be taken. 



National Honor Society meeting will be Tuesday at lunch in D116.

SEED is an opportunity for accomplished high school seniors to
connect  with faculty, staff and current Brandeis students.  For more information and to apply go to the website:

Carrboro Softball interest meeting will be held today,  Thursday, Sept. 10th during A lunch in Room D124.  Come and see what CHS Softball is all about.  Any questions see Coach Faircloth in Room D124.


There is a FREE Yoga class today at lunch in C114!  Mats are available. Namaste

Students who plan to participate in pre-season conditioning and skill development for Winter and Spring sports, must register online beginning Sept. 1 and submit a physical to the athletic director.
