Student Announcements for Wednesday, October 15

Good morning,

10/15/14 today's announcements........


Testing today,  Wednesday, October 15th during 1st - 4th period.
PSAT (11th grade & 9th grade AVID) and PLAN (10th grade)Room assignments will be posted outside the Media Center and CIC. 
*PLAN testing will be on the lower D-Wing
*PSAT testing will be on the upper D-Wing
All classes from Lower and Upper D-Wings will be moved. There will be a Displaced Classes sign outside the Media Center and CIC. Please locate any class you have in the lower/upper D wing 1st - 4th period because it WILL be moved to a different location.


We are hosting the Mid-State Volleyball Tournament this week:
Wednesday  Finals at 6pm


Wednesday Men's Soccer Senior Night vs Reidsville


Thursday  Home Rival Field Hockey Match vs Chapel Hill


Friday  Homecoming vs Cummings


Friday and Saturday  NCHSAA Women's Tennis Regional Individual Championships @ Goldsboro


Saturday  We will host a 1st Round NCHSAA State Playoff Match TBD.

The Fishing and Wildlife club will meet every Friday in room D123 during both lunches. This Friday will feature knot tying for different types of fishing situations.  If you still want to sign up for SAF, be sure to bring your money in this week.

  • The Yoga Club will hold a Yoga session during lunch on Thursday  in Ms. Stegall’s room (the drama room) in the C-wing. Sessions are FREE! Everyone is welcome!!” Bring your signed waiver/release form to participate (Join The Yoga Club on FB and print out google doc or pick up forms in Ms. Karcher’s mailbox outside her office)


    This Friday, 10/17/14, we will have our first DECA meeting. This meeting is for the one last week that was cancelled because of my absence from work. The agenda for the meeting can be accessed from the Carrboro DECA Google Classroom. If you have yet to accept the invitation to this particular webpage, please see me in Room E115. This is a reminder that information will be disseminated exclusively through Google Classroom, so please register. We will have a lot to cover, but it will not take the entire lunch period.
