Come out on Sunday to Provence on Weaver Street to this year's Empty Bowls Event sponsored by TABLE. Tickets are $35 for a meal, bowl and live entertainment! Proceeds go to TABLE Food Pantry of Carrboro and help provide meals for children locally. Many local potters and schools contribute to this fabulous fundraiser. Carrboro High School Ceramics students donated 60 bowls to this year's event. There are hundreds of bowls to choose from. Arrive early for the best selection. Last year was a sellout! Empty Bowls events are held nationally to raise awareness that many will go hungry without the support of food pantries in our communities. You get to keep the bowl your of your choice as a reminder that we can make a difference, one bowl at a time!  Tickets are just $30. Provence is located at 203 W. Weaver St., Carrboro and feel free to bring your own lawn chair as there is limited seating.Go to the TABLE Empty Bowls website for more information.
