Student Announcements: December 7, 2018

Congratulations to the newest members of The CHS chapter of the National Honor Society. They are: Kate Allen, Lauren Baddour, Grace Hegland, Ashley Hong, Morgan Jackson, Carlisle Mills, Francine Ollila, Jonathan Osborne, Jared Porter, Nina Scott-Farquharson, Ella Speer, Cora Therber, and Parker Zinn.


HEY CHS students, starting this week students must sign in when coming up to the Student Services office.  You will see a computer immediately to the right when you walk in.


Hey Peer Buddies - get your peer & come to D122 during lunch TODAY to decorate (& eat!) Genderbread Cookies!


The Annual Red Cross Winter Blood Drive will be held on Monday, December 17th. Please visit the table in front of the Media Center to schedule a time to donate.


Would you like to brighten the day of a pediatric cancer patient at UNC?  If so please donate a new unwrapped game or gift card to TAKEDOWN cancer by December 18th.  There are drop boxes in the front office and library or see Ms Veltri in room D121.


Join us tonight or tomorrow night at 7:30 in the Theater to see the Carrboro High School One-Acts. Tickets are $5 for students, $10 for adults, and free for faculty and staff. You can buy your tickets online at jagtheatre.seatyourself. Show your support for CHS Theatre!


Students interested in auditioning, teching, or playing in the pit orchestra for the CHS spring musical, "Into the Woods," should complete the linked online sign-up form before Monday, December 17th: https://tinyurl.com/chsitwsignup.  Students who would like to learn about the audition process, and/or get feedback on their audition selections, may swing by the Blackbox (C114) from 4:00 - 5:00 PM on Monday, December 10th or Wednesday, December 12th. No prior experience required!


Lost & Found is set up in the Commons.  Claim it if it's yours! Remaining items will be donated this afternoon.


Girl's Soccer will have an interest meeting  Friday, Dec 7, at 12:30 in the weight room.
